Market and Social Research

Our experience shows that public sector organisations increasingly have a market research requirement in relation to the services that they either currently provide or are considering introducing in the future. Our role in such market research projects is to provide clarity regarding issues such as:

  • The extent to which there is a demand for an existing public sector service.
  • Whether existing services meet the changing requirements of users.
  • How existing services may be enhanced to the benefit of users.

We deliver a bespoke market research service, beginning with a fully costed methodology and research brief for each client. The mix of market research tools used for each assignment are developed to meet the specific needs of that project, but can include e-surveys, focus groups, mystery shopping, telephone research, structured interviewing.

We also have access to a team of fully trained fieldworkers for door-to-door or street surveys.
