We have been involved in consultation and facilitation assignments with both public and private organisations, where the need for informed and objective decision-making requires external support.
One of our most important initial roles in consultation is in encouraging uptake and participation from a representative cross-section of those individuals / organisations that clients wish to target.
Our consultation strengths also include our knowledge and experience of using a wide range of consultation tools, including focus groups, online surveys and open space conferencing. We undertake regular facilitation work on behalf of public sector organisation clients where sensitive communication skills are required to deal with issues involving change, conflict resolution and organisational restructuring.
