Caroline joined Full Circle in 2007 as a senior management consultant. Caroline works extensively with a broad range of private sector clients in a wide area of business disciplines, ranging from export research and strategy development; sales and marketing plans, business development and strategic planning.
Caroline also plays a key role in public sector consultancy and has been involved in a range of research and evaluation projects for public sector bodies.
Prior to joining Full Circle, Caroline developed and managed several economic strategic initiatives within Belfast City Council, covering community development, enterprise awareness, business start-up, business growth, export development and sectoral research studies.
Caroline also spent 4 years within the IT sector with Relay Business Software as Export Marketing Manager, where she was responsible for identifying lucrative export markets for Relay. This resulted in successfully setting up a Partnership with an Indian company in 2003 to export Relays software into the Indian.
