Paddy is a senior associate with Full Circle Management Solutions and heads up our Western office in Omagh.
Paddy has over 10 years management consultancy experience in the areas of business development and sales growth. In this role he has provided business mentoring and strategic marketing services to over 300 companies across a range of industrial sectors. The key focus on these assignments has involved the review of current business performance and the development of strategic action plans that enable businesses to create sustainable and profitable sales.
Paddy has significant experience across many business sectors but is seen as an expert in the areas of food, engineering and construction having worked for private clients and development agencies across Ireland in these areas. He is highly experienced in the fields of sales planning, product development, organisation restructuring and promotional planning.
Before becoming a consultant Paddy worked in industry for 15 years with a number of SME’s and Multinationals during which he gained a wealth of Sales & Marketing experience with companies such as Guinness and The Carroll Tobacco Company.
In the 6 years prior to taking up his consultancy role, he held the position of Sales & Marketing Manager with Provita Eurotech Ltd and McErlain’s Bakery Magherafelt Ltd.
In both these positions he held sole responsibility for business development activities and all aspects of the Sales & Marketing function. In terms of his sales experience this has included recruitment off and management of the sales team, sales training, prospect list development, objective setting and performance monitoring. In relation to the marketing function he has managed the re-branding of a number of businesses, developed of marketing budgets and taken them through to the implementation of advertising and promotional campaigns.
