Simon is the managing partner of Full Circle and was the founder of the business in 2005. Prior to moving into consultancy, Simon worked in a number of senior export marketing management positions in industry and was export sales and marketing manager with Sperrin Metal Products during the time that the company won 3 Queens Awards for Export Achievement.
Since moving into consultancy 13 years ago, Simon has worked on a massive cross section of projects for both private and public sector clients. Simon set up Full Circle with the express intention of building a management consultancy practice whose ethos centres around excellence in all aspects of project delivery and this ethos has remained as the cornerstone of the success of the Practice since then.
Whilst the Practice has grown substantially since its establishment, Simon remains very heavily involved in the day to day management and delivery of consultancy projects and specialises in strategic planning, export development and capacity building projects.
